What size should I order?

Go by your body weight, not your shirt size.

If you're between two sizes, size up.

Why size up?

Compression works by holding you in evenly across the whole panel. Too small and it stops distributing that pressure and starts digging into one spot, usually under the arms or across the ribs. That's uncomfortable, and it looks worse under a shirt because it creates a line.

A tank that's slightly loose still works. One that's too tight gets returned.

What does Zenith actually do?

It changes how your clothes sit on you while you're wearing it. The front paneling flattens the chest line, the powernet core holds the midsection, and the side panels pull in the sides. The result is a smoother silhouette under a shirt.

It's a garment. It works while it's on.

Will it show through my shirt?

Under most shirts, no. It's a thin, flat-seamed layer built to disappear under a t-shirt, polo, or dress shirt.

Two things to watch. Under a very thin white shirt, order white or gray instead of black. And under something clingy like a fitted jersey knit, tuck the hem into your waistband so the edge doesn't read.

Can I wear it all day?

Yes. That's what it's built for. You should be able to breathe normally, eat a full meal, and sit for hours in it.

If it pinches, leaves deep marks, or makes it hard to take a full breath, it's too small. Take it off and email us for a size swap.

Can I work out in it?

Yes. The nylon-spandex blend moves and dries fine. Wash it after a sweaty session rather than leaving it in a gym bag.

Will I overheat in it?

It's an extra layer, so on a hot day you'll notice it. The fabric is thin and breathable, and most guys find it's about the same as an undershirt. If you run hot, take the tank over the long-sleeved shirt.

Does it help my posture?

It gives your back something to push against, and a lot of guys catch themselves sitting up straighter in it, especially at a desk.

To be straight with you, that's a support effect while you're wearing it. If you have back pain or a diagnosed spinal issue, talk to a doctor before adding compression wear.

What's it made of?

80% nylon, 20% spandex.

How do I wash it?

Cold water, gentle cycle, hang dry. That's the whole method.

Can I put it in the dryer?

No. This is the one rule that matters. Heat breaks down the spandex, and once that's gone the garment stops holding.

What's the wash bag for?

It stops the garment stretching and snagging in the machine. It's $9.99 and it protects a $29.99 tank.

How often should I wash it?

Like any base layer worn against skin, after a full day of wear. If you wore it for two hours to dinner, you'll get another wear out of it.

Does the long-sleeved shirt size the same as the tank?

Not quite. The Long Sleeved Compression Shirt runs S through 3XL. The Tank runs S through 5XL. If you wear 4XL or 5XL in the Tank, the Shirt won't fit you yet.

Should I buy more than one?

Most guys do after the first one. One in the wash, one on.

The product page has three options: a single, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, and Buy 3 Get 2 Free. If you already know your size, take the 3-pack. Rotating three means you're never waiting on a wash.

How much is shipping?

Free on every US order. No minimum.

How long does delivery take?

7–9 business days within the US.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. You'll get an order confirmation right away, then a second email with tracking once it ships. Give tracking up to 48 hours to start updating.

What's the $3.95 Shipping Protection?

Optional coverage for damage, loss, or theft in transit. If your package is stolen off a porch or arrives damaged, we replace it. Without it, a lost package goes through the carrier's claim process, which is slower.

What's the guarantee?

30 days. Try it, wear it, see how it sits under your shirts. If it isn't for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

My size is wrong. What now?

Email contactzenithbody@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need, and we'll arrange the exchange. Don't ship anything back before you hear from us or it won't be tracked to your order.

I ordered the wrong thing. Can I change it?

Email us right away. If it hasn't shipped we can usually fix it. Once it's with the carrier we'll handle it as an exchange.
