Return Policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

You can return it after wearing it.

Compression wear has to be worn to know whether it fits. Try it on, wear it under a shirt, wear it for a day. If it isn't right, we'll take it back.

We ask that it comes back clean and in wearable condition. Items returned heavily soiled, damaged, altered, or cut cannot be refunded.

How to start a return

Email support@zenithbody.co with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We'll reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.

Please don't ship anything back before contacting us. Returns received without a request can't be matched to your order.

Exchanges

If the size is wrong, we'll exchange it. Email us with your order number and the size you need.

Return shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, we cover return shipping.

If you're returning it because it isn't for you, return shipping is yours. We'll tell you the cheapest way to send it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank then takes its own few days to post it.

Original shipping charges aren't refunded. Since US shipping is free, this only affects Shipping Protection, which is non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Faulty or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@zenithbody.co with a photo and your order number and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
